I can see the Speakaboos website, but the stories aren’t playing. What's wrong?

We are sorry you are having problems playing our stories on our website.

If you’re experiencing this issue from home, the solution may be as simple as downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. To update you Adobe Flash Player, please visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and click on “Install now”.

If you’re experiencing the issue from inside a school, please read this information regarding working with your IT administrator to update your firewall settings.

If neither of these suggestions corrects the problem, please send us an email at support@speakaboos.com with following information:

1. The operating system are you using.

2. The browser and version of the browser you are using.

3. The version of adobe flash player you have.
