The Speakaboos app will not install on my Apple device--help!

We're sorry you are having trouble installing the Speakaboos app on your mobile device.  

Most people are able to successfully install our app once they’ve taken the following trouble-shooting steps:
  1. Setting up an Apple ID for your Apple device:  The Speakaboos app is free to install, however, you will need to input an Apple ID password when downloading from the App Store to your device.  If you do not have an Apple ID and password for your device, please click here to create one.
  2. Freeing up space on your device to install the Speakaboos app:  To do this select the “Settings” icon on your device and then select “Usage” to determine what apps may be taking up the most space.  Uninstall any unused apps or delete music, or photo/video files to free up space.
  3. Being sure your device is installed with a Speakaboos supported operating system:  The Speakaboos app requires iOS 6.0 and above to operate.  If you need to update your operating system on your Apple device please click here.
